Welcome to Baking Company, LLC, a dedicated contract and private brand manufacturer of cookies, granola bites, and take-and-bake dough. We are located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Baking Company is SQF certified. While most of our production is conventional product, we do carry GFCO certification. We process wheat, soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts in the facility.

We specialize in wire cut and extruded cookies, and molded granola bites. We operate seven rotating rack convection ovens, and can individually wrap cookies or pack into pre-made stand-up resealable pouches.

 We have unique wrapping capability for our largest cookies, offering full-view merchandising of your high inclusion treats. Our team is adept at packing display merchandisers, club displays, and RSC’s.

 Our walk-in freezer has capacity for over 150 pallets, allowing full cold-chain distribution for take-and-bake dough.

Our business model is flexible: we run some projects as full turnkey and others as toll-only. We can help with sourcing if your team is stretched, or convert ingredients from your current preferred suppliers.

Our senior management team has decades of experience in baking, snack manufacturing, and milling. They bring experience working with the biggest cookie, cracker, and snack manufacturers in the country, as well as successful emerging and middle-market brands. Baking Company can tailor our commercialization and ramp-up timelines to your requirements, be they high-iteration and trial-heavy or quick-to-market.
